Rolf Harris jury discharged after failing to reach
verdict on indecent assault charges

is alleged he groped the 3 complainants
at public events in European
nation in 1971, 1978 and 1983 after they were aged fourteen, 16 and 13.
But the jury of seven girl and 5 men told the court they might not reach a finding of fact on the four counts of indecent assault.
Judge Deborah Taylor fired the jury at Southwark Crown Court in London.
TROUBLED DELIBERATIONS

When asked by the decide if they might reach verdicts if given longer, the forewoman replied, “No”.
