6 dead as Mora shows signs of weakening


At least six folks died in Cox’s Bazar and Rangamati as Cyclone Mora created landfall these days and crossed the coast of port, showing signs of weakening with reduced wind speed and downfall.

Met workplace says, the inclemency can persist these days. there'll be improvement tomorrow. The ‘severe cyclonic storm’ can weaken bit by bit and cut back to a depression because it moves any north.


The cyclone that created landfall close to Kutubdia around 6:00am didn't convince be as devastating as feared. Last known, the storm was moving across the coastal areas of port.

Two folks died in Chokoria, hit by trees and buried below a folded house, and 2 others in Cox’s Bazar Sadar, reports our port correspondent.
